Holly Cosby has been a resident of Fort Myers since 1986. She began learning about real estate in 1984, and has had a passion for it even since. She went to Florida State University, acquiring a BA in English with a minor in Communications, and she attended University of Miami's School of Law, with a curriculum emphasis on real estate, tax and estate planning, corporate structures and contracts. Out of law school, Holly worked in one of the first two in-house counsel positions at Chico's FAS, Inc., and after three years, left Chico's and opened her own law firm. She began focusing on real estate, to include landlord and tenant law, but as a natural progression from real estate, and a desire to know all she could to help her clients protect themselves and their assets, asset protection, estate planning and corporate formation soon became an additional focus of her firm. Today, she represents clients who already do, or want to, own, manage or rent real estate, small business owners and those who want to protect their assets and have their affairs in order. Holly also proudly represents the Lee County Value Adjustment Board. She and her husband are currently raising each other, and together, they are raising their son and daughter.
